Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders
